Draintech is a family run business specialising in groundworks, drainage installations and maintenance based in Monxton, Andover.


Overview:


Duties:


  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Utilize accounting software Xero
  • Support financial services by maintaining accurate records
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure financial transactions are processed timely
  • Communicate with customers in a friendly and timely manor
  • Assist with general administration tasks

Requirements:


  • Proficiency in accounting software
  • Experience with data entry and accounts payable processes
  • Knowledge of financial services and basic accounting principles
  • Familiarity with Xero is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
