Housing Review Officer - Charnwood Borough Council (LE11)

We are looking for a
Housing Review Officer you will be based at
:LE11

We are currently working with local authorities across the London area to help recruit for Housing Review Officer,

Your Role:

Responsible for coordinating and managing reviews of housing and homeless decisions, ensuring compliance with policy and statutory requirements and timeframes as applicable.
Assist with responding to and defending County Court appeals and Judicial Review requests, including preparing witness statements and collating evidence, liaising with Counsel, attending court, and giving evidence.
Resolve customer complaints.
Prepare responses to Local Government Ombudsman enquiries.
