Location:
North West - base location flexible (with travel across the network as required)
Contract Type - Permanent. Full Time
Salary - £30,962 to £36,426 (depending on experience), plus a generous pension scheme, and a range of company benefits

The Opportunity
Ensure all work in the team is effectively planned and executed ensuing optimum use of resources and timely delivery to internal and external customers alike
Combine key knowledge with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Deliver and take ownerships of a specialist service within agreed internal and external process, procedure, timescales and expectations
Trusted to deliver a quality and specialist experience, always acting responsibly and communicating clearly
Promotes a positive safety culture through visible proactive, consistent and influential behaviours
Ability to investigate, analyse and contextualise complex issues, identify key points to be addressed and develop effective, practical and simple plans to resolve problems

Uses expertise to help direct strategy based on detailed analysis
Drive and deliver brilliant customer service in line with expectations, operating at all times with a sense of purpose

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Support delivery of performance improvement plans, as required
Solve issues using multiple tools and techniques
Manage projects and deliver to deadlines
Identify, analyse and interpret relevant data to drive departmental direction aligning to wider strategies
Create improved working practices through identifying transformational department needs, collaborating with wider organisational initiatives
Manage Network Support projects, establishing the appropriate scope, time, resourcing and cost targets, metrics and milestones
Engage with the wider Network and other Network Support Teams to ensure alignment (where appropriate) with any wider projects
Be responsible for the full and accurate completion of Cadent Change Workbooks (where appropriate)
Ensure effective structures and media for delivering successful stakeholder engagement
Support the development and maintenance of project delivery plans. Drive delivery to meet projected outcomes whilst managing risks, dependencies and constraints. Escalate as appropriate
Prepare and communicate consolidated status reports to the relevant governance and wider stakeholders, including, milestone progress, risk management, financial reporting (if applicable) and change requests
Develop and embed effective measures to ensure successful delivery of the project
What You'll Bring
Relevant experience of facilitating change within a relevant business environment
Ability to identify problems and challenges, analyse root causes and identify, test and implement appropriate solutions
Experience of managing process, people and systems change through the lifecycle
Project Management experience, able to scope and deliver projects to deliver agreed outcomes
Ability to work collaboratively across the business and with all process stakeholders
Knowledge of appropriate legislation, regulations, policy and procedures and relevant codes of practice
