Role and Daily Duties:
We are seeking a skilled Handy Man to join our team.

As a Handy Man, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our properties.

Your duties will include:

Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment as and when required
Identifying and addressing maintenance and repair needs
Performing basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and an understanding for fire door requirements
Installing and repairing fixtures, appliances, and equipment
Painting walls, ceilings, and other surfaces
Handling general maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and replacing filters
Responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner
Keeping accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities

Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

Maintenance: Ability to maintain and repair various general maintenance tasks.
Skills and experience required to fulfil the role include:
Developed communication skills, able to express self clearly and listen fully to others
Good general maintenance skills
Ability to multi task and work under pressure
Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
Have a 'can do' and positive approach
Own transport required a van would be very advantageous
