Customer Service Operations Liaison to join our growing and dynamic team, at our Clacton-On

Sea site.

We are an established heat pump business with over 20 years of experience and significant revenue growth over the past 2 years, hence we require new roles to support future expansion plans on a national scale following our partnership with EDF- one of the UK's largest energy suppliers.

Key responsibilities will include:_

The Customer Operations Team manage our customers through their journey with us from order to completion. You will be responsible for booking surveys, installations etc, dealing with customer queries and producing installation documents.

About you:_

We are seeking an administrator with 5+ years' experience, ideally within the construction/plumbing/heating/utilities industry (although this is not essential).
Good literacy in Microsoft outlook, excel and word (at intermediate level) is essential. We have our own customer database software; full training is provided.
We are looking for a highly organised individual with a positive and proactive attitude
