Housing Disrepair Fee Earner

Salary DOE

Monday-Friday 9am - 5:30pm

Manchester Central

I am currently looking for an experienced Housing Disrepair File Handler to join a highly established top tier firm, the successful applicant will get to work with a leading Litigation department.


The Role includes:


  • Managing a caseload of housing Disrepair matters.
  • Drafting letters and preparing file notes.
  • Handling smaller files with autonomy
  • Drafting witness statements
  • Legal research
  • Liaising with clients, and third parties and courts.
  • Assisting in marketing.
  • Experienced in HDR
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
  • Commercially aware.
  • Positive and proactive attitude.
