Description

We are looking for a Catering Assistant to work flexible shifts as part of our 5 person team at our client's staff canteen on Allington Way.

Monday to Friday (no weekends or bank holidays)

Shifts will fall between 8am and 7pm (no evenings) - 9am-1pm shift or 3pm-7pm shift

Rate of pay:
£11.44 ph

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Preparing and packaging basic sandwiches, salads and food items;
Serving customers with speed and a smile;
Operating the till, with speed of service being paramount;
Cleaning the front and back of house, keeping everything tidy, restocked and immaculate as you work;
Checking deliveries and putting stock away promptly, following stock rotation procedures;
Washing up;
Supporting the chef with orders, stock takes and other administrative tasks;
Cleaning down the kitchen and dining areas on an ongoing basis, at the end of each service and for intermittent deep cleans;
