Eames Consulting are working in partnership with a global speciality insurer who are looking for a Broker Development Manager to contribute to the shape & development of their Digital Trading proposition across the Midlands.

Contributing to profitable growth & efficiency of the Digital Trading proposition.
Defining & driving the distribution strategy via brokers, aggregators, initiatives and affinity accounts.
Market knowledge & awareness of the commercial digital market, anticipating developments and offering solutions.
Onboarding brokers & optimising performance.
Influencing & shaping product design.
Collaborating with the wider business for an overarching view point of client accounts.
