We provide retirement and respite to working horses, ponies and donkeys, as well as caring for rescue cases who have suffered neglect or abuse.

As the second largest provider of grant funding for equine welfare in the UK, we are continually committed to a programme of welfare, science and education.

We are looking for positive, open minded and passionate individuals to join our Knowledge and Skills team who train both people and equines.

• Practical competence and experience in handling horses
• Equine knowledge to a good standard
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organisational and time management skills
• A willingness to work outside in all weathers
• Team player who can also work on own initiative
• Experience of using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
• Full driving licence
• Enthusiasm and passion with attention to detail

• Previous experience of online learning platforms
• Previous experience training people
