We are looking for a People Business Partner to join our expanding People & Culture team based at our Ruddington office.

You will be shaping and offering guidance and expertise in implementing people strategies into the organisation, partnering senior stakeholders plus their leadership team to help build organisational and team capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing a people plan in mastership with the divisional leadership team
Using insights from our organisational employee opinion survey (The Big Conversation) to ensure that activity that drives engagement is prioritised and that clear leadership accountability is effectively communicated
Identifying development opportunities for our colleagues as part of our talent mapping process and helping our leaders connect this with operational requirements within the organisation
Driving the conversation and action surrounding succession planning, identifying risk areas and enabling leaders to create mitigation plans where required
Effectively working with the centre of excellence team on reward, talent devleopment, talent acqusition and internal communications as though partner ensuring activity is fit for purpose and adds value where required
Leading on a number of impactful projects. These may be company wide or divisional
Scoping out projects identifying the key stakeholders, milestones and prinicipals
Using KPIs and data to support the leaders priortise their people activity

Knowledge & Experiences:

Demonstrable experience of leading key people projects
Demonstrable experience using people data to inform key activity
Experience in shaping people plans
Evidence of stakeholder management
Experience within a Human Resouces role
