Description
Working within the Operations Team you will be responsible for the inventory control of all raw materials and packaging, bought in finished goods and internally manufactured products.
In addition, responsible for day-to-day scheduling of various production facilities to ensure efficient and effective stocks are maintained.
This role is ideal for an experienced user of Microsoft Office and integrated ERP systems such as SAP and has worked within a similar role.
Tasks will include:
- Ensure finished goods are checked/agreed with physical quantities
- Complete stock audits and analyse root cause of discrepencies
- Ensure returns are booked onto the system
- Work with sales and despatch teams to ensure production plan is achieved efficiently
- Analyse planning regimes for continuouos improvement and efficiencies
- Generate daily reports of possible OTIF failures/shortages
- Manage production plan changes
- Maintain sufficient stocks
- Liaise with material suppliers to coordinate deliveries
- Generate production plan/forecasts
Salary:
£26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
