The landscaping & maintenance team carry out a variety of jobs in domestic or commercial grounds (but not limited to) below.

The role is often a physically demanding one and team members must be prepared to work in all weather conditions and temperatures.

Each member of the team must have experience of garden landscaping / maintenance and will have an eye for detail, good people skills, good horticultural knowledge and must be well organised.

The ability to work as part of a team or on your own is essential as is self-motivation, enthusiasm and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Mowing, strimming, blowing, hedge trimming, weeding, planting, pruning, trimming, leaf raking, edging etc
• Hard landscaping work such as decking, raised beds, clearance work and fencing etc
• Maintaining grounds to the highest of standards
• Liaising with holiday guests and customers professionally and effectively
• To use and implement Health and Safety policy as appropriate
• Ensuring the teams tools, vehicles and workspace is always kept clean and tidy

Perform planned and preventative maintenance work as directed and required

Requirements for Landscape / Maintenance Gardener Person

• Minimum of 1 years' experience in garden / grounds maintenance or landscaping
• Basic plant knowledge
• Experience in the use of petrol & Battery power tools & ride on machinery
• Full UK driving license
• Customer care

Full Time hours: 40 per week


Salary:
£25,480.00-£27,040.00 per year
