With our head office and logistics based in Evesham, and a manufacturing unit based in Leeds, we offer a wide range of items for retail stores from point of sale components to innovative bespoke solutions.
The Role
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a German-Speaking Project Assistant.
In this role, you will primarily assist with sourcing costs for live sales enquiries alongside our Project Managers, as well as providing administrative support for project delivery and new customer on-boarding.
As the primary point of contact for our German-speaking customers, your language skills will be valued and utilised to ensure outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Project Managers and the Purchasing team to source and obtain the best costs for items/components.
- Assist Project Managers in completing tender and quoting documents.
- Take ownership of the administrative elements of successfully won projects, including processing sales orders, following up with stakeholders, updating records on the business ERP system(s), and ensuring information is disseminated to relevant internal teams.
- Program and update the PM software, attend project progress meetings, and provide updates to relevant parties as necessary.
- Manage the administrative elements of onboarding new customers to Harrison, including planning and updating in the PM software, and completing relevant internal and external documents.
- Complete other tasks as assigned by Project Managers.
- Achieve personal goals set and agreed upon with your line manager.
- Participate in meetings and activities in a constructive and collaborative manner.
Requirements:
- Experience in customercommunicating administrative roles.
- Fluent in both written and spoken German language.
- Four or more GCSEs at a minimum of grade 4 or C, including English and Maths.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Highly motivated and detail oriented.
- Solutiondriven mindset with good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Keen to pick up new challenges and get 'stuck in'.
- Ability to multitask with good time and project management skills.
- Strong planner with great organisation skills.
- A team player as well as the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in using Clickup, Asana, or other similar Project Management software is desirable.

Up to £30,000.00 per year
