Description
The working hours on offer:
- Monday to Friday (09:00 to 18:00), plus every other Saturday (09:00 to 16:00).
- On the week when a Saturday is worked, you will have 1 day off during the week.
The day-to-day of the role:
- Receiving offers and negotiating property sales between vendors and clients.
- Liaising with vendors to discuss client interest (e.g. Rightmove data) and progress of property sale.
- Meeting with clients to assess their particular needs.
- Maintain strong, friendly, and professional working relationships with vendors and clients.
- Arrange viewings and show clients around properties.
- Constant communication with clients to ascertain feedback on viewings.
- No liaising with solicitors required specialist legal team take over once sale is agreed so you can focus on your next sale.
Skills and experience required:
- Minimum of 2 years' property sales experience is essential.
- Strong local knowledge.
- Able to use Alto Software or become proficient quickly.
- Used to a fastpaced working environment.
- Friendly, sociable, and outgoing.
- Excellent team player.
- Full driving licence is advantageous.
