The working hours on offer:


  • Monday to Friday (09:00 to 18:00), plus every other Saturday (09:00 to 16:00).
  • On the week when a Saturday is worked, you will have 1 day off during the week.

The day-to-day of the role:


  • Receiving offers and negotiating property sales between vendors and clients.
  • Liaising with vendors to discuss client interest (e.g. Rightmove data) and progress of property sale.
  • Meeting with clients to assess their particular needs.
  • Maintain strong, friendly, and professional working relationships with vendors and clients.
  • Arrange viewings and show clients around properties.
  • Constant communication with clients to ascertain feedback on viewings.
  • No liaising with solicitors required specialist legal team take over once sale is agreed so you can focus on your next sale.

Skills and experience required:


  • Minimum of 2 years' property sales experience is essential.
  • Strong local knowledge.
  • Able to use Alto Software or become proficient quickly.
  • Used to a fastpaced working environment.
  • Friendly, sociable, and outgoing.
  • Excellent team player.
  • Full driving licence is advantageous.
