Brookfields School provides a quality, inclusive and specialist education for pupils with severe and complex learning difficulties and autistic spectrum disorders.
The main purpose of the role is to complete administrative routines relating to orders and invoices, maintaining cashless payment systems, producing reconciliations and debt reporting.
Additionally, you will be responsible for the administration of the lettings of school premises.- AAT Level 3/NVQ 3 or equivalent in Business and Finance
- Experience of education finance would be desirable
- Has experience in MS Excel and PS Financials and can use these to a proficient level
- The ability to work effectively within a team and manage own time effectively
- The ability to promote a positive ethos and role model positive attributes
- Has excellent communication and organisation skills
- An understanding of Safeguarding procedures and can promote the welfare and safety of children that they meet
