We are seeking to appoint an outstanding academic with a developing research profile, and a passion for and an experience of, innovative teaching in applied and adult learning, in particular degree apprenticeship programmes, undergraduate and postgraduate students in topics related to career and personal development, organisational behaviour, and leadership.

You will join one of the most dynamic and ambitious business schools in the world, and an environment that supports academics to achieve the most from their careers.


You will have:

  • PhD in a relevant area
  • Potential for developing a strong publication track record
  • A proven track record of excellent teaching at both UG and Masters levels, in pre and postexperience programmes
  • Experience of academic leadership roles such as module convening
  • Experience in teaching students from healthrelated disciplines or professional backgrounds
  • Exceptionally welldeveloped interpersonal and communication skills
  • An ability to work under conditions of autonomy, yet to have a strong commitment to team work
