RDSBL currently has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced
Apprenticeship Coach to join the team If you have a passion for improving apprenticeship programmes and being part of a vibrant and diverse School then this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

As an Apprenticeship Coach, you will be responsible for undertaking the tripartite reviews for apprenticeship learners on apprenticeship programmes within the School.

This role involves working closely with students and academics, developing students to achieve their learning goals.

The post holder will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining the relationship between the learners and their manager.

The Apprenticeship Coach will also offer students pastoral advice and support with accessing the relevant departments in and out of the School, within the university.
