An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, passionate clinical practitioner to join the Learning Disability and Autism (LDA) Collaborative and Learning Disability Services. You will play a central role in the ground breaking developments of the LDA Collaborative, supporting strategic planning and leading change initiatives that will improve the lives of local people.

You will provide visible, accessible, operational management and clinical leadership to the LDA Senior Case Managers, and Discharge Coordinator on behalf of the Integrated Care Board as well as to the LD Forensic Team and the LDA Adult Dynamic Support Pathway Care Coordinator within Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust. You will be accountable for the delivery of effective operational and clinical processes to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality service delivery is maintained across your portfolio of services.

- **You will hold a professional qualification, have specialist LDA knowledge and experience, and have significant leadership and management experience.
