Skills and Experience

  • An ability to understand the client's business and what motivates them as well as their objective
  • Strong communication skills an ability to relate to and communicate with clients and colleagues at all levels
  • Strong drafting skills
  • Experience of corporate law
  • An ability to anticipate the client's needs and requirements
  • An ability to react quickly to the client's requirements
  • Good technical and organisational skills
  • Creativity and an ability to find solutions to problems
Day to Day

  • Mergers, acquisitions and disposals.
  • Management buyouts and buyins.
  • Private equity.
  • Debt and other fundraisings.
  • Joint ventures.
  • Corporate reorganisations and restructurings.
  • LLPs.
  • Shareholders agreements.
  • Option and employee incentivisation schemes.
