Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our team. As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property viewings with potential buyers or tenants
• Negotiate offers between buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords
• Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the sales/letting process
• Assist with marketing activities such as creating property listings and promoting properties on various platforms
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and lettings transactions
• Stay uptodate with market trends and property values in the local area
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for better communication with diverse clients
• Administrative skills to handle paperwork and documentation related to property transactions
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
