Salary range:
£20-£35k depending on experience.


At okoHaus we supply and install market leading window and door products with a focus on highly sustainable, environmentally friendly systems.

Dealing mainly in residential new build and refurbishment market we get to work with a range of private clients, architects and developers.

Our products are high performance and well designed and we always aim to get the best solution for our client and their project.


We are currently rapidly expanding and looking to appoint some key people to reinforce the foundations we have built over the last couple of years.

This is generally an office based role, with opportunities for home working on an ad-hoc basis, from our modern showroom and office based in Woolvestone, Ipswich.


This is great opportunity for someone to be there at the start of this exciting new chapter for our business.

This position requires a proactive customer driven approach, demonstrating ownership and responsibility for implementing and completing projects.

You will be involved in managing, planning, resourcing and delivering projects on time and to budget.

You will be required to develop and maintain close working relationships with internal stakeholders and external installers and suppliers to identify and implement innovative solutions to support sustainable business growth.


Responsibilities:


  • Planning, execution, monitoring and controlling of assigned projects
  • Clarify all assumptions, create a plan/timeline, manage the budget, minimise risks, ensure the goals of the project are met, monitor and report progress to stakeholders
  • Identify project issues and put plans in place to resolve effectively and in a timely manner
  • Financial control of the project including procurement, invoice approval, variation handling, final account agreement, monthly reviews
  • Operate and deliver multiple projects (typical value £10k £100k)
  • Monitor and update departmental KPI's
  • Identify product and process improvement opportunities

About you:


  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Strong communication skills, ability to interact with both internal and external customers
  • Positive attitude and constructive approach
  • Continuous Improvement and ensuring projects meet industry quality and company standards
  • The ability to own and follow through on commitments to completion
  • Attention to detail
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) is a must
  • Hold a full driving license


This is a varied role that will include occasional client facing meetings, either in our office or on building sites in East Anglia.

Full product and process training will be given. It is more important to us to find the right personality than the right experience.
