As a member of the People Team, you will support clinical and operational management teams and employees in the core HR functions, primarily focusing on training support.

Key responsibilities will include monitoring and logging training compliance, arranging training sessions, managing communication with training providers and delegates. Also providing general administration support in the core HR functions of Recruitment and Selection, Induction, Employee Relations and Reporting/Audits.

Recruitment & Selection

  • Actively contribute to the recruitment and selection processes for new staff using our Applicant Tracking and Onboarding System
  • Arranging interview dates and supporting recruiting managers

Training & Development:


  • Administration of monthly Corporate induction process
  • Training and development activity, keeping records and producing reports
  • Monitoring compliance with statutory and mandatory training courses
  • Coordinate the running of sessional training event
Employee Lifecycle

  • Actively managing and recording all aspects of the employee lifecycle from sickness management, payroll, professional registration check, leavers, performance management through our HR system.
  • Supporting managers and colleagues navigate through policies and process.
