JOB TITLE:
PRODUCTION ADMINISTRATOR


Location:
Herne Bay, Kent, CT6 7GQ


Hours:
Full time, Mon - Fri, 9:00 A.M - 5:00 P.M


Salary:
£20k per annum

Due to continued success, we are currently looking for a Production Administrator to support our production team. This role involves handling client data, proofing and printing of a variety of jobs, whilst working to deadlines. Accuracy, concentration and quality control is paramount.


Skills/Requirements:

Education/Experience:


  • Minimum of 3 or more GCSE's A-C including Maths & English or equivalent
  • Previous experience of working within a busy office environment
  • Experience with working on computers and Microsoft packages

Responsibilities:


  • Working with data sensitive files and creating mail merges
  • Proof reading test documents and review of data files
  • Printing of mailings to very high standard quality control procedures
  • Adding mailings onto postal service accounts accurately
  • Flexibility to work within the fulfilment team if required during busy periods

Salary:
£20,000.00 per year
