Astute Recruitment are working with a forward-thinking company in Burton, to recruit a Group Credit Controller.

This is a great opportunity for a Group Credit Controller with experience to join a friendly team within a growing company.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Responsibility for all aspects of credit control for companies
  • Resolving queries with Customers
  • Maintain and organised follow up schedule
  • Prepare monthly reports on collections and over dues for the Group Financial Controller
  • Establish good working relationships with all customers, both Internal and External
  • Managing credit limits on all Customers and notifying Sales team and customers whenever these are exceeded
  • Covering for other members of the accounts team during holidays and sickness
  • Posting bank receipts into Sage system and producing ad hoc reports


The successful Group Credit Controller will be required to work 4 days in the office and 1 day from home.

Monday to Thursday, between the hours of 8:30am - 5:00pm and Friday 8:30am - 3:30pm. This role is paying a salary of £24,000 -£26,000 alongside 25 daysholiday plus bank holidays and parking.
