Contract Length:
anticipated months Location: Reading on-site (Part-time and flexible working options will be considered for this role). Our client is within central government in the defence sector, and they are looking to hire a Quality Inspector.

As the Quality Inspector you will have at least five years' experience working in a similar role with previous experience of providing technical guidance and customer support to ensure that deliverables and targets are met.

As the Quality Inspector you will ensure that Quality is represented at all stages of programme, project, trial or production.

We are looking for a Quality Inspector with the ability to identify areas of continuous improvement to promote and enhance Quality capability.

As the Quality Inspector you will have the following responsibilities:

Ensure that Quality is represented at all stages of programme, project, trial or production.
Provide technical guidance and customer support to ensure that deliverables and targets are met.
Identify areas of continuous improvement to promote and enhance Quality capability.
Certification of products, process, services and trials.
Management of Routecards, nonconformities, concessions and work permits.
Maintenance and enhancement of skills, knowledge, and capabilities necessary to support both current and future work programmes.
Support delivery of technical assessments using appropriate methodologies.
Contribute to the development and validation of Quality methodologies.
Participation in experimental trials improvement activities and audits, where appropriate.
