I am working with a client who are looking to bring on Delivery Manager with a keen eye for detecting problems.
What you will be doing:
- Detecting & reporting problems within the data teams
- Supporting on different areas of the teams
- Designing methods or system on how teams can report problems
- Maintain continuous improvement on reports
What you need:
- Keen eye for detecting problems
- Triage Or Service Desk experience
- Incident management experience
- Experience in continuous Improvement
- Improving efficiency's
- Design Process
- Previous experience putting a system in place
- Experience in Road Mapping
- Communication Skills
- Proficient Excel Skills
- Key Stakeholder engagement
