Job Summary:

Macdonald & Company are delighted to be working with a Global Real Estate Consultancy on the appointment of a Surveyor level Commercial Property Manager in their London team.

This is an opportunity to take immediate responsibility and ownership of managing a number of buildings and assist with the account management too.

You will be supported by the Facilities Management team which is made up of Facilities Managers, Buildings Managers and the Helpdesk and the job will require you to liaise with the full complement of property management staff across the business.

You will have the opportunity to grow with the team and the business and there is APC support on offer

Role:

Provide high quality Property Management services to your clients and Director
Management of lease and tenancy schedules
Liaise with clients, solicitors and tenants on a daily basis
Instruct and liaise with facilities managers, buildings surveyors and contractors over minor repairs and planned maintenance programmes
Carry out regular property inspections
Arrange and facilitate regular tenant meetings using strong occupier engagement skills
Undertake regular service charge expenditure monitoring and reporting
Management of income arrears and recovery
Attend team and department meetings
