Accordial Ltd is the UK's largest manufacturer and installer of high performance robust acoustic movable walls, perforated sound absorbing wall panels and sliding folding partitions.

We have been manufacturing systems at our Loughborough based facilities for over 20 years and have recently been brought into Ash and Lacy Group of Companies providing long term stability and advanced engineering expertise for future development of our product ranges.

With a factory based in Loughborough, southern offices in Chessington and representatives in London, Midlands and Edinburgh, we have a long and respected tradition in the building and fit out industry.


Our systems are installed in many prestigious buildings, including top sporting stadia, exhibition and conference centres, schools, academies, community centres, religious establishments and leading hotel chains.

We are recruiting for Project Administrator

Duties and Responsibilities:


Job description/tasks:


  • Liaising directly with multiple contractors, installation teams, transport, suppliers and different departments within the company
  • Proven knowledge and understanding of all administrative duties
  • Knowledge of using site online document control systems such as 4P, Asite, Livelink or similar (not essential)
  • Excellent organisational skills and good time keeping
  • Able to interpret construction documents, procurement and raising purchase orders
  • Good understanding of cost control and invoicing
  • Able use project management software/ Excel/ Sage / AutoCad (Not essential)
  • Must be flexible and willing to work outside of normal hours
  • Preparing O&M paperwork

What we are looking for:


  • Experience of project administration background coming from a construction, office or similar background.
  • Previous exposure to moveable walls / joinery, partitioning or production factory would be an advantage
  • CAD skills and able to produce/interpret drawings and technical information (Desirable but not essential)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously to budget and time constraints.
  • Eye for detail and accuracy
  • Administrative and any other project management qualifications would be beneficial
  • Must have excellent organisational and time management skills
