Description
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our Quality Team. This role carries the responsibility technical after sale customer excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Technical Training video meetings conducted as virtual customer/site visit meetings
  • Product Demonstrations general normal features and function
  • Warranty Returns Processing driving evaluation of return claims, producing reports and coordination with Accounts
  • Product testing general normal function testing

Personal qualities:

  • Attention to detail, quick thinking, and a demonstrated proficiency in collaborating with customers.
  • Proven experience in working with a team, with a mindset and goal in developing the best experience.
  • Selfstarting and treats the brand as your own.
  • Deals well with criticism and able to collect feedback easily.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Lifelong learner and able to identify new learning opportunities.
  • Minimum of 2 Years' experience working in a technical or product service role
  • Must be onsite in person at Head office and some European Travel may be necessary
  • Good IT knowledge for practical use (MS Word Excel & CRM/ERP)
