What will make you successful:

1+ years of experience in a training codinat role with compliance background
Strong administrative skills
Experience using a Learning Management System
Excellent communication skills

What will you do?

Accountable f scheduling and assigning training to Payments Compliance team members as well as stakeholders.
Suppt training through to completion, including follow up where necessary with stakeholders and leadership.
Provide repting on training completion rates.
Collabate with the Training Lead on the development of local and global training programs.
Recommend training materials as part of the continuing education program.
Evaluate our client's wk as a Training Team, finding ways f the team to be me efficient, relevant and valuable.
Maintaining a good wking relationship with stakeholders.
