Exceptional opportunity to move from Executive Search or from senior level Recuitment into the Talent and People Team at a leading private equity firm

Key duties:

Support the internal TN with extensive and senior level live searches, headhunting and using existing network, creation of shortlists, continuous networking and proactive sourcing.

What is the company looking for?

Background and experience:
A minimum of 3 years experience as a recruiter or researcher, working on Board Level roles. Proficient in the use of CRM systems. Exposure to Private Equity or Venture Capital is benefitial.
