Roles & Responsibilities
- following our Standard Operating Procedures to ensure we are working in line with our HACCPP
- operating our CIP set to clean bulk tanks and production equipment using chemicals
- preparing pressurised, sterile tanks for the intake of bulk beer
- carrying out beer filtration duties during production
- carrying out pallet movements using a pedestrian stacker and forklift
- bottling line production work
- record keeping to a high and consistent standard, as required by our SALSA accreditation
Experience/Skills Required
- Physically fit**:
- Forklift license (preferable but not essential)
- Experience within a packaging environment
- Experience within the beer industry (preferable but not essential)
Hours
- Monday-Friday
- 8.00 to 16:30
Pay
- £13 per hour
Benefits
- You will receive 28 days per annum, including bank holidays. Up to 7 days are to be used during our factory shutdown periods.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to get into the brewing industry who is willing to learn about the workings of factory machinery to enable you to become a competent machine operator.
