Uckfield, Hybrid working on offer after training

Permanent, Full time

£21,000 t0 £23,000 per annum
I am partnering with a forever growing business, with offices based in Uckfield. Being leaders in their field, they are always looking for talented, hard-working professionals to join their fun, social team.


This exciting full time, permanent job opportunity, is part of a newly created team, who are there to support the finance team, providing accurate administration and support in validating invoices.


You will be communicating with the key stakeholders, liaising, and supporting the finance department, to ensure all invoices are correct, or amended.

In addition to this, you will participate in setting up new processes and procedures, alongside preparing monthly recharges.


Typical duties will include:

  • Prepare monthly spreadsheets, to action and monitor
  • Seek approval from finance and other key stakeholders to approve recharge invoices
  • Invoice validating
  • Preparing invoices for payment runs
  • Resolve complex invoice queries
  • Reporting


This varied and interesting role would suit someone who is a good team player, has excellent attention to detail and be used to working to tight deadlines.


Due to the location of this role, you will need to drive and have your own transport to get there.

After training, hybrid working is available.
