Manufacturing Operatives; Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire; £31,500

Committed and flexible individuals with production experience required to join the Manufacturing Team of a world-leading business, to successfully support a busy process facility with accurate and efficient batch manufacturing.

This role will require working a 3-shift system, including nights

The Manufacturing Operative roles will be working weekly rotating shifts (6am-2pm/10pm-6am/2pm-10pm), involve effective teamwork within a busy manufacturing environment and will include;

Charging additives into manufacturing vessels,
Taking samples for QC testing,
Flushing manufacturing vessels,
Fetching additives from the raw materials warehouse to specific recipes,
Connecting tanks to a process line system,
Ensure the correct product and quantities are loaded,
Completing daily housekeeping checks.

Applicants for the Manufacturing Operative vacancy should have

Manufacturing or production experience, ideally with previous batch process manufacturing experience.
A flexible working attitude, as part of an efficient team, working a 3shift system and flexible to work overtime if required.
The ability to carry out some working at heights and duties outdoors.
