About the role:

General Repairs: Household DIY, Locks, Door Handles, Windows, Bed Frame and Sofa Repairs
Plumbing: Sinks, Drainage, Toilet repairs, Boiler Diagnostics, Leak Identification
Electrical: Socket/ Switch repairs, Light Fittings, Fuses, Electrical Fault Diagnostics
Decorative: Painting, Hanging/Fixing Wall Art, Damp/Mould repairs, repainting

About you:

We are looking for someone with the following skills:

Proven Maintenance experience
Practical skills and proficiency with tools
Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, and heating systems
Full UK Driving License
Strong attention to detail, strives for excellence and avoids cutting corners
Ability to clean after completing the work
Must be able to work weekends
Must be able to have somewhere to park a van e.g Driveway, Garage or on a street permit area
Excellent communicator, both written and verbal

Salary:
Up to £130.00 per day
