Flexible, 40 hours per week


Pay:
Salary and benefits are to be negotiable depending on entry-level skills and/or experience.


Job Overview:


The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the technical department and ensure that schedules are maintained, and documentation is in place to meet all relevant legislative and customer requirements.


The role will be responsible for the maintenance of the Technical systems, generating multi-site KPI reports with the support of the technical team.

This position will also provide Food Safety and Quality Technical support to internal and external

customers.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Completing trend analysis to support the development of Technical Department KPIs including environmental monitoring results, internal /external audit action closeouts, customer complaints, finished product microbiology, listeria monitoring, GMP & fabrication audit outcome, supplier intake microbiology
  • Review daily laboratory analysis results, ensure that products are tested according to schedule and liaise with the technical team.
  • Identify outofspecification test results, log appropriately and generate reports. Communication to appropriate team members (and where appropriate external, i.e. supplier nonconformances)
  • To document and trend customer complaints.
  • To manage internal audit systems and oversee site Internal Audit Schedule in conjunction with site Technical Managers.
  • Complete positive releases for customers as required
  • Generate Certificate of Analysis reports for customers as required.
  • Involved in the preparation and presentation of external audits onsite and the submission of corrective action within the agreed timescales
  • Communication between all levels of staff within the business and externally using various communication formats.
