What is the role?
We have an exciting new opportunity as an SDR Team Lead to join our New Business Team. We're really excited about this role as SDR type activity is relatively new for Livingstone.

We have had some excellent successes with our first iteration of an SDR function, with 3 reps being promoted to Sales Managers in 18 months.

We now want to super-charge this growing commercial function with it's own dedicated Team Lead.


We want to create a best in class SDR Team, and you'll be the person responsible for building it We need someone who can demonstrate demand generation best practice, who knows how to lead by example, teaching the team how to find best fit prospects and best ways of nurturing them to the level where they can be engaged by Sales.


You'll lead by example; engaging and booking meetings with enterprise-sized prospects, running on-the-job SDR training for the junior team members to maintain up to date knowledge of sales methodology, and own the pipeline of prospects which feeds our senior sales team members.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Head up and develop our SDR function as Team Manager.
  • Create and maintain a high quality sales "prepipeline" from both cold & warm leads.
  • Create, trainin and iterate SDR playbooks, processes and metrics.
  • Own the team reporting, aided by Dashboards within our CRM.
  • Forging, testing and iterating relevant and meaningful messages that engage potential clients.
  • Organising meetings with enterprise prospects for the New Business Sales Team
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders involved in the sales process.
  • Training in and repeating a proven demand generation process on a continuous basis across the entire SDR function.

Experience, knowledge and skills required:


  • Demonstable experience as a higachieving SDR. Previous SDR Team management experience is desirable
  • Excellent level of written and spoken English, as well as good analytic and numerical ability
  • Computer literate with the ability to learn new platforms quickly and effectively
  • Must have had experience using HubSpot Sales tools.
  • Positive attitude towards learning and an enthusiasm for learning the industry and sales cycle
  • Tenacity to meet sales meeting targets, enjoying the challenge of the role
  • Charismatic and the ability to form positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Have the understanding and ability to use the company provided IT systems, such as Outlook, Excel and HubSpot
  • Understanding of company profiles and buyer personas within target organisations (such as Procurement, Vendor Management, SAM, ITAM)

£37,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
