Position overview:

As the
EHS Coordinator, you're a key member of the Kettering Team, reporting to the EHS Manager.

You will
contribute to the success of Ball by assisting in the management of environment, health and safety legal compliance.

Your key responsibilities include:

Takes part in development and maintenance of the integrated management system
Provides, monitors, records and maintains all environmental files/records required by company policies and procedures, and federal, state, and local regulations and permits.
Maintains the professional competence, ethical integrity, knowledge and skills necessary for the satisfactory performance of all assigned responsibilities.
Implement management system to comply with both company policy requirements and to meet the requirements of all relevant ISO standards
Assist, where required, in preparation of risk assessment and associate plans.
Supporting EHS manager with implementing Ball Policies and Procedures

Experience and skills required:

Working knowledge of the following areas: Environmental regulations, legal practices, ISO requirements
Ability to work in a multicultural environment and to lead and work crossfunctionally.
Nebosh certificate or eagerness to complete one
Be highly fluent in both written and spoken English
