Do you have experience working in a Stores environment?

Are you available to start immediately?

If you have answered yes then we could have the ideal opportunity for you. Contract Scotland is looking for a Stores Assistant to work with our client for a minimum of 4 weeks. This is a full time, temporary opportunity and offers weekly pay and the chance of long term work.

You will work as part of a busy Stores Team, where your duties will include:

  • Processing purchase orders in line with company guidelines
  • Issuing required stock to technicians on request and in a timely manner
  • Checking on nonimpress stock to ensure levels are not running too low
  • Keeping stores in a good state of order and cleanliness at all times
  • Ensuring sufficient levels of PPE are available in the Stores
  • Logging all outgoing PPE to the right person
  • Carrying out monthly rolling stock checks
  • Collecting parts locally when required
  • Booking in received goods
  • Receipt inspection
  • Stock control
  • Kitting parts for production
  • Issuing parts


In addition you must have some experience from a similar role and must have a full driving licence, due to the nature of the position.


Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 4 weeks


Salary:
£10.50-£11.50 per hour
