TSR Legal are excited to be working with a brilliant law firm who is looking for a legal secretary or legal administrator to join their award winning team in Exeter.

You will be supporting the legal teams to provide outstanding client experience to individuals often going through sensitive and sometimes distressing matters.

This role will be ideal for someone with Secretarial or administration experience of at least 1 year. Previous experience of dictation and time recording is also desirable.

Roles and Responsibilities:

IT and keyboard skills
Audio typing skills
Excellent organisational skills including diary management
A sympathetic and confident telephone manner
Can work calmly under pressure
An ability to communicate effectively with Court staff and other third parties.
A strong understanding of the importance of complying with the procedures set out in the Office Procedures Manual and Staff Handbook to ensure they meet the requirements of the SRA.

In addition to providing administrative support you must be able to use your own initiative and provide day to day support in your team and the wider business wherever needed.

Relevant experience essential and Family Law experience desirable.
