Description
To undertake basic food preparation duties, service of patient meals and operation of the central dishwasher as required. To undertake routine cleaning duties keeping the department to the highest standard of cleanliness ensuring food safety and Hygiene. The use of floor cleaning machines.

Ensuring that the area of work meets Health & Safety standards Operates within Health, Hygiene, food preparation and cooking procedures and is guided by standard operating policies in respect of food legislation and Trust policies relating to cooking and serving etc.

Work tends to be supervised / managed; this can be from afar depending on the retail area.
