What you'll be doing:


We're looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Executive to join our rapidly growing team and help push lifecycle marketing to new heights for our millions of users a month across over 50 countries worldwide.

Within our high performing team you'll be responsible for helping develop, execute, and optimise our lifecycle strategy across multiple Skyscanner products and multiple markets.


This role is an amazing opportunity for a passionate and collaborative lifecycle marketer to make a significant impact as we develop and evolve our truly customer focused engagement and retention strategy for tens of millions of travellers each month.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with design, product, engineering, translations, and data tribes to design and execute highly efficient localised lifecycle marketing strategies for both web and app users.
  • Focus on testing, personalisation, localisation and automation to drive improved performance and efficiencies.
  • Contribute meaningfully to key analyses and reporting for your campaigns and channels, feeding that back into global retention strategy, priorities, and roadmaps.
  • Leverage internal data, industry insights, market trends, and the competitive landscape to make datadriven recommendations for continuous improvements.
  • Obsess over the latest tools and strategies with which to reach potential customers, engage them and increase customer retention.
  • Own lifecycle QA processes to ensure campaigns and touchpoints are sent out on time and error free.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Hands on experience with ESP/lifecycle automation platforms is essential, Experience with the Customer Engagement Platform such as Braze is desirable.
  • Execution of a Lifecycle marketing strategy that converts traffic, increases customer retention and drives business value.
  • Understanding of workflows, segmentation, user journeys, personalisation, automation strategies, conversion optimisation and other lifecycle tactics
  • Familiarity with app lifecycle marketing including push and inapp notifications
  • Understanding of how to improve campaign performance (open rates, click through rates, conversions, etc) through execution of A/B testing.
  • Experience partnering closely with Product and Engineering to deliver high quality platforms, tools, and experiences to support our Lifecycle Marketing priorities
  • Proficient with Excel to conduct data analysis
  • Familiarity with analytics dashboard such as Tableau or PowerBI
