A vacancy has arisen within the Resources Directorate for a Band 4 Personal Assistant to the Deputy Director of Finance (Operational) and Deputy Director of Finance (Strategy).

We are seeking an efficient individual with strong administration, organisational and communication skills who can provide a professional PA service.

The successful applicant will be expected to undertake a wide range of duties including regular minuting of meetings, be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

Recent NHS experience in a PA type role is desirable.

The post holder will work closely with and provide support to the Executive Assistant to the Director of Finance as and when required.
