About the role.

Use of our integrated HR and recruitment system, Microsoft office and social media platforms.
Work with managers to ensure the most effective recruitment process is in place
Work with the people team to focus on retention strategies
Attend jobs fairs / recruitment events regularly to create a talent pipeline for current and future vacancies.

You will be responsible for:

Use of our integrated HR and recruitment system during the recruitment and onboarding process.
Creating new job adverts, utilizing our internal systems.
Ordering uniform for new starters.
Working with the people and operations team to ensure a seamless recruitment and onboarding experience.
Building strong relationships with internal and external recruiters.

Person Specification
