Our client is recruiting for someone to assist with sales support to join their team in Malvern. This sales support position is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to work for a reputable company.

Whilst working in sales support you will be;

Providing excellent customer service and up selling where needed:

Updating the in-house systems to manage the queries which could be to place the order, seek advice, make an enquiry or an administrative issue:

Responsible for raising, amending, investigating, correcting and reporting on customers contracts:

Accurately receiving and recording sales orders:

Communicating with the external team and liaising with the sales team to gather information about customers and their order needs:

Representing the company at customer facing trading events:

Completing any other office duties as required
**As sales support you will need good attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment. For this sales support role, we are keen to speak to anyone who has previous experience incustomer services/sales administration.
