Senior Commercial Account Handler
£35,000 - £45,000 basic + Commission
Manchester City Centre
Monday to Friday

Consegna are now working with an award-winning Independent Commercial Brokerage who have been offering Insurance solutions to their customers for over 10 years.
They specialise in small to medium sized businesses and often work with more niche areas within the Corporate side of the market.
Due to continued success, they are looking to bring on a Senior Commercial Account Handler to start ASAP and continue managing an existing book of business in their busy Commercial team.
Day to Day of a Senior Commercial Account Handler:
- Managing existing accounts as the point of contact for mid-term adjustments and queries
- Liaising with Insurers and Customers to ensure a smooth journey for both sides and the right outcome for all
- Managing the underwriting process and speaking with insurers if any changes to original quote or policy
- Identifying opportunities to upsell other services and create referrals for the Sales Advisors
- Updating the systems and ensuring files are noted with recent activities
- Support others and lead by example

Requirements to be considered for the Senior Commercial Account Handler position:
- Previous experience working with Commercial Insurance products
- Experience of managing client files, speaking with company contacts and customers
- Telephone experience
- Strong Admin skills
Salary:
£35,000.00-£450,000.00 per year
