Title:
Team Leader / Landscape Operative


We are currently seeking a
Team Leader for a company who deal with domestic and large commercial projects in the
Hampshire and surrounding area.



Responsibilities of the Team Leader:


  • Managing the day to day planning of the team
  • Risk assessment completions
  • Reporting to Site Supervisor / Contract Manager
  • Gardening/landscaping tasks
  • Full use of gardening equipment
  • Adhere to health & safety rules of sites
  • Occasionally customer facing if domestic

Requirements of the Team Leader:


  • Driving license is required
  • Attention to detail
  • Good accuracy and organisational skills
  • Ability to work to target

Shift:

Monday to Friday


Pay rate:

£ £16.00 per hour (Based on experience)


Benefits & Requirements:


  • Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
  • 28 days Paid Annual Leave prorata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
  • Ongoing Assignment
  • Training Provided
