Description

We are working with a niche, specialist manufacturer who seek an ambitious and Sales focussed Administrator to join them, on a temporary basis.

The role could become permanent.


Responsibilities include:

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow
  • Prepare and submit sales orders, invoices, and other relevant documents
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records in the CRM system
  • Respond to enquiries, follow up with relevant person
  • Fact finding, establish contact information for buyers/architects
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Generate reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Support sales team in meeting targets and achieving sales goals

Relevant experience required:

  • Available to commence work immediately
  • Proven experience in Sales as a Sales Administrator or in a similar administrative role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Temporary contract

Contract length: 3 months


Salary:
£10.42-£11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
