Job Description:
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious, and innovative
Transport Planner at
Senior or
Principal level to join our fast-growing teams in the
South-West and
Wales area.

Exeter or
Bristol office.
Our development teams work with private and public sector clients, architects, planners and other property professionals across all sectors throughout the development life cycle, providing services from site feasibility through to completion.
Job responsibilities
- Assisting with the management of transport planning projects, leading workstreams and supervising the technical quality of the projects.
- You'll use your knowledge and technical experience to deliver a wide range of projects for clients, funding bodies and Department of Transport.
- Providing support to senior staff, as well as advising and mentoring the junior staff.
- Assist in the development of business opportunities, contributing to the production and deliver of larger bids and proposals.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements
- Experience in production and review of business cases, transport strategies, feasibility studies and appraisal.
- Data analysis and processing skills.
- Strong communication skills able to liaise with local authority and government officers.
- Experience in supervising and developing junior staff.
- Experienced in working with developer clients and contractors.
- Willingness to challenge in a positive and engaging manner.
- A passion for transportation and a creative mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Civil Engineering Degree and/or master's degree.
- Incorporated or Chartered (or working towards) Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers
- Member of the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportations.
