Job Title:
Late shift team leader (multiple positions available)

  • Location: Dunton, Essex
  • Reporting to: Shift Supervisor
  • Experience: Experience within the cleaning industry will be advantageous, although training will be provided.
  • Hours of work: 17.5 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday 18:00 to 21:30
  • Overtime hours are occasionally available.
  • Principle Function
  • To lead a team within a shift of Janitors whilst carrying out the same task function as those you are required to lead.
  • Create, by way of personal example and forward planning, the efficient use of the time and resources available.
  • Ensure that a can do culture is developed and maintained.
  • Ensure front line disciplines are adhered to.
  • Ensure that all tasks are carried out in compliance with company
  • Health & Safety requirements.
  • Assist the Manager in staff training and disciplinary processes.
  • To adopt the role of supervisor with shift wide responsibility on those occasions when the Manager is not in site attendance.
  • Payment: This is an hourly paid role requiring the use of a clocking machine.
- £13.12 per hour.
